Missing Pieces Policy

If your set arrives with missing pieces, please contact us at mybricksaber@outlook.com within 7 days (1 weeks) of receiving your order.
We will gladly send out the missing parts once verified.

Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are available only if the item received is the wrong color, size, or variant, or if it arrives damaged or has a quality issue. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Return & Inspection Process

If your return request meets the eligibility requirements, we will ask you to provide relevant photo or video evidence. Once the issue is verified and the return is approved, the item must be sent back to our warehouse. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either resend the correct item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
